Turkish Holiday Competition - 2 people - worth 1200

Steps For Entry - brief

1. Click here to >> REGISTER your details
2. Use your unique ID when referring us to your friends and colleagues
3. When your friends and colleagues register, while quoting your unique customer ID, you are automatically enetered into our free holiday draw
4. Every time your unique ID is referred by a new registration you are entered again to the draw.

Referral System Procedure

1. When you have >> REGISTERED << successfully, a unique customer ID will be sent to your email.
2. Retain your unique customer ID for your records.
3. When referring Med Dreams to your colleagues, friends and family make sure they enter your unique customer ID during their registration (entered in Referrer's ID field).
4. Once your unique ID has been entered during someone else's registration, you are automatically entered into our FREE Turkish Holiday Draw.
5. Each time a colleague refers your unique ID you increase your chances of winning the holiday i.e. if you are referred by 5 colleagues your name enters the draw 5 times.

FREE Turkish Holiday Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. At least one member of the travelling party must be at least 18 years old on or before the flight departure date. Proof of age may be requested by Med Dreams Property before hand over of prize.
2. Med Dreams Property retain the rights to change the conditions of the Holiday Draw at any time without notice.
3. Med Dreams will disqualify any participating member found to knowingly be involved in any form of fraud in connection with this competition e.g. creating dummy web mail accounts to act as referrers.
4. If you wish to confirm the details of our FREE Turkish Holiday competition, we advise you to
   • contact Med Dreams directly
   • make your own enquiries as to the accuracy of any information or material available from the Med Dreams web site.
5. The time period between prize draw acknowledgement (i.e. successful notification of prize winner) and flight departure must be at least 4 weeks. This has been set in order to help ensure holiday availability and the recieval of all relevant holiday & travel documentation on time and in full before departure by prize draw winner.
6. Med Dreams Property does not accept responsibility for country and regional postal services errors.
7. Med Dreams accepts no liability for events outside of our control e.g. flight delays, lost or stolen goods etc.
8. The following items, up to a maximum total cost of 1200, may be included in our FREE Turkish Holiday Prize
• outbound and return flights
• travel insurance (policy details available from www.getcover.com )
• transfer to and from destination airport
• hotel accomodation (click here for information on Dalyan)
• 1 gulet (tradfitional wooden boat) cruise with selected captain
• 1 meal for 2 at best restaurant in Dalyan
• 1 regional tour of your choice from our list with our selected guide
9. All the above items, or a combination thereof, will be provided up to a total cost of 1200. If the above items total is less than 1200, the balance will be provided as spending money in Euros, upon production of receipts.
10. Any holiday cost item not explicitly stated above is not covered by Med Dreams Property.
11. Med Dreams Property does not have a refunds system in operation.
12. The following are exempt from qualifying for the Med Dreams Turkish Holiday Draw - Med Dreams representatives & employees; our business partners (Regional Real Estate Agents & Developers); professional service companies and individuals employed by Med Dreams Property; and family members from those afore-mentioned.
13. The draw will take place at a specified venue with independent witnesses.
14. The winner will be notified by email (or telephone).
15. If winner remains uncontactable at the email and telephone numbers provided (post will not be employed for notification of prize win) for a period of 1 week, the draw will be repeated.
16. The winner must make himself/herself available for the competition result photo at a mutually convenient time. Details of the draw result (+ winner's photo) will be posted on the Med Dreams web site.
17. The date for the FREE Turkish Holiday draw is the 3rd May 2005.
18. All reasonable effort will be made to find dates convenient for the winner and subject to flight and hotel availability.
19. The prize will remain valid for 12 months after the draw takes place.
20. No cash refunds or cash equivalents will be provided to the winner.
21. The name of the prize winner plus one selected adult will be the only valid names for the Med Dreams holiday.
